Knimbus is a self-service, easy-to-access, powerful user management portal. Admins can customize their unified experience through integrations of other applications on the same platform. So, that makes Knimbus a one-stop shop for all library needs.

At Knimbus Online Pvt. Ltd. (KOPL), we have customized our pricing according to the four different products rendered by us. The details are provided to you beforehand according to the effort, efficiency, and output of the service.
Typically, the range of transactions depends on the type of products our customer opts for- standard and premium (lying in the range of 1-3.85 lakhs for 1000 users).

Pricing Range - Institutional Premium Content
The charges of the premium content are usually decided by the institutional admins and are monitored through the admin dashboard and the prices vary from institution to institution.

Payment Schedule
Some of our services can be utilized for fixed durations. Scheduling depends on the institution and for the time duration, they opt for our services. In each case, it is mentioned in the description of these services. Subscription is usually charged annually and the library is set up post 100% of the payment.

Pricing Errors for Platform
We have detailed pricing listed for all our products and services. Any type of customization requires time and effort from our diligent team members and costs are estimated accordingly. A master license agreement is mutually agreed upon by both parties and is signed with exact pricing details before any kind of payment transfer to avoid any kind of pricing errors.
Pricing Errors for Institutional Premium Content

We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing in our content. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. If an institutional premium contents' price is lower/higher than the price displayed, a notification would route through the admin of the institution. Knimbus directly doesn't does administer pricing errors for premium institutional content.

Refunds for Platform
Our services are activated in 1-4 weeks, post 100% payment, and on a basis of a mutually signed agreement. Since our team dedicates a significant amount of time and effort to cater to institutional customizations, we do not support refunds. Refunds for Institutional Premium Content
Premium content is usually client-specific and varies from admin to admin who handles the library account. It is completely on the admin on how they set the prices for the premium content on the library. The content is administered through the admin dashboard, thereby all premium content-related payments/refunds/ cancellations route to the admin, and Knimbus doesn't participate in these refunds.
